The Role
Grē Matter is looking for an Executive Operating Partner (EOP) to work directly alongside some of the world's most driven leaders and entrepreneurs — helping them execute with confidence, operate at a higher level, and build the systems that scale with them.
As an EOP, you won't just support a leader's work. You'll shape how it gets done. You'll translate vision into clear priorities, build scalable operating rhythms, and use AI and automation to eliminate friction and elevate output. You'll anticipate what's needed before it's asked, push back when it matters, and own outcomes without needing constant direction.
This role is built for an experienced Executive Assistant, Project Manager, Chief of Staff or Operations Professional who is ready for more ownership, more influence, and a deeper connection to the business they support. What You'll Do
Strategic Partnership
- Translate executive vision into clear priorities and executable plans.
- Proactively surface blind spots and ask questions that improve decisions.
- Offer perspectives that challenge assumptions and strengthen outcomes.
Operational Excellence
- Own workflows and cross-stakeholder coordination from start to finish.
- Design and optimize systems that reduce friction and increase speed.
- Use AI and automation to eliminate low-value work and elevate output quality.
Trusted Advisor
- Anticipate risks, frame trade-offs, and escalate thoughtfully when needed.
- Build trust through clear communication, discretion, and reliability.
- Keep critical initiatives moving forward without constant oversight.
Requirements
What You Bring
You have 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Project Manager, Coordinator, or Operations Professional supporting senior leaders or business owners in fast-moving environments.
Beyond experience, you bring the right mindset. You are a strategic thinker who makes sound decisions with incomplete information and owns outcomes without needing constant direction. You build systems that work even when you are not in the room, communicate with clarity and courage, and think like an operator, not just a coordinator. You are AI-fluent, using automation and smart tools to eliminate low-value work and deliver higher quality results. And when things get ambiguous — which they will — you adapt, figure it out, and keep moving forward.

This Role May Not Be a Fit If You: Need step-by-step direction to move work forward, prefer strictly administrative work without business context, avoid difficult conversations, or are uncomfortable with direct and candid feedback.
Bonus Experience (Not Required): A background in any of the following is a plus: marketing or CRM management, finance, investment or wealth management, legal services or management consulting, executive search or recruiting, or real estate transaction management.
