Job Description & Summary
The Opportunity
You are part of PwC Collaboration & Identity Services team. Together with your colleagues, you ensure the secure, smooth, and high‑quality operation of our Exchange Online and messaging services.
In this role, you independently run, maintain, and further develop our mail, calendaring, and messaging environment. You act as a Exchange Administrator, collaborate with global PwC teams, and support our users and business stakeholders to guarantee a reliable, compliant, and efficient communication landscape.
As part of a diverse and cross-functional team, you bring high quality operation and support expertise to the IT organization and to our internal customers.
What you will be doing
Operate, maintain, and optimize our Exchange Online environment.
Ensure the stability, performance, and security of messaging services through monitoring, reporting, and proactive maintenance.
Manage incident and request resolution (2nd/3rd level) in close collaboration with our IT Service Desk and global teams.
Implement and maintain Exchange‑related policies (retention labels, compliance rules, mailbox permissions, shared mailboxes).
Drive continual improvement initiatives around messaging services with a strong focus on quality, automation, and simplification.
Manage service documentation and ensure audit‑ready configuration and operational transparency.
Act as SME for messaging in projects and cross‑functional initiatives.
Collaborate with PwC Global IT to align local and global service components.
Support eDiscovery and legal/OGC requirements related to mail systems.
What we need from you
You hold a Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems
Minimum 4 years of experience in Microsoft Exchange Online
Strong understanding of mail flow, DNS, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, hybrid or cloud‑only messaging environments.
Experience with Microsoft 365 admin portals, compliance center, and messaging security.
Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS‑900).
Microsoft 365 Messaging Administrator Associate (MS‑203).
PowerShell proficiency (including automation, reporting, bulk operations).
Understanding of identity concepts (Entra ID, conditional access, RBAC, groups).
Experience with enterprise IT operations, change management, and structured troubleshooting.
Azure Fundamentals (AZ‑900)
You are fluent (written and spoken) in English.
You have strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a proactive mindset.
You communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
You take ownership, enjoy working independently, and have a strong service‑oriented attitude.
You collaborate well in a multicultural, cross‑functional environment.
What is nice to have:
Experience with Microsoft Purview /Compliance solutions (eDiscovery, retention, DLP).
Familiarity with automation using Graph API, Power Automate, or Azure Automation.
Experience collaborating in global organizations with shared messaging environments.
Basic knowledge of mobile device integration
ITILv4/v5 Foundation - recommended
