Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized Event Manager on a part-time basis to execute diverse corporate events and handle critical administrative logistics. This role requires managing shifting priorities across multiple simultaneously planned events, including large- and small-scale conferences, educational lunch-and-learns, webinars, and high-touch private dinners.

Employment Type: part-time (at least 2–3 hours per day, Flexible), relevant for freelancers

Key Responsibilities

  • Logistics & Admin: Manage hotel room blocks, coordinate staff travel, and schedule venue walkthroughs.

  • Sponsorship Management: Collaborate with event organizers to finalize sponsorship agreements.

  • Sponsorship Fulfillment: Track, gather, and deliver all contractual sponsor deliverables and brand assets.

  • Vendor Coordination: Interface with all vendors to ensure on-time execution.

  • On-Site Execution: Oversee registration, guest lists, and technical troubleshooting during live events.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing corporate conferences, seminars, and VIP dinners.

  • Proven ability to read, interpret, and fulfill sponsorship contract line items.

  • Experience managing complex hotel room blocks and group booking logistics.

  • Mastery of event software to finalize registration of attendees and event logistics.

  • Strong negotiation skills for handling venue contracts and organizer disputes.
