Eskadenia Technical Lead - Strategy & Leadership

Muller's Solutions is seeking a Skadina Technical Lead specializing in Strategy, Leadership, and Technical Vision. This role will provide strategic technical direction, drive innovation, and mentor development teams using the Skadina platform, ensuring long-term scalability and strategic alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define the technical strategy and long-term vision for projects built on the Skadina platform.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to development teams, fostering innovation and best practices.
• Ensure alignment between technical solutions and business goals.
• Drive the adoption of Skadina across teams and promote a scalable architecture.
• Oversee technical risk management and mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and architects to guide complex solution designs.
• Ensure the platform is leveraged effectively to meet scalability, security, and performance goals.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in software development and enterprise architecture.
• Proven experience with the Skadina platform.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of guiding technical teams.
• Excellent communication and strategic planning abilities.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
