ERP Project Manager

We are seeking an energetic, client-focused Project Manager to lead Oracle Cloud implementation projects and contribute to our growing delivery practice.

Position Summary

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing Oracle Cloud ERP, SCM, and HCM implementation projects from project initiation through deployment and post-go-live support. This role requires strong leadership, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years total project management experience
• 4-8 Oracle Cloud implementations
• PMP preferred but not required
• Experience with Oracle ERP, SCM, or HCM
• Consulting background preferred
• Strong executive communication skills
• Experience managing project financials
• Proficient with Microsoft Project, Planner, Teams, SharePoint, and Copilot
• Comfortable working remotely and traveling to clients
