We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Equity Specialist to manage and support equity programs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and effective administration of stock-based compensation plans. In this role, you will work closely with HR, finance, legal, and external partners to oversee equity transactions, reporting, and employee communications. This is a fully remote position requiring strong financial acumen, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of equity compensation practices.
What You'll Do

Administer equity compensation programs, including stock options, RSUs, and ESPPs

Maintain accurate records of equity grants, vesting schedules, and transactions

Coordinate equity-related processes such as grants, exercises, and releases

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

Partner with HR, finance, and legal teams to align equity strategies and reporting

Prepare reports and analyses related to equity compensation and ownership structures

Support audits and ensure data integrity across systems

Assist with employee communications regarding equity plans and benefits

Manage relationships with external vendors and equity management platforms
What We're Looking For

3–6+ years of experience in equity administration, finance, or compensation analysis

Strong understanding of stock-based compensation and equity plan structures

Proficiency in equity management systems (e.g., Carta, Shareworks, E*TRADE)

Advanced Excel or data analysis skills

Knowledge of financial reporting, compliance, and regulatory standards

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

Ability to work independently in a remote environment
