The Equipment Engineer is responsible for ensuring the reliability and mechanical integrity of extrusion production lines through preventive maintenance and troubleshooting. They lead hardware improvement projects and collaborate with teams to optimize machine performance and safety protocols.
Purpose/Primary Function:
The Equipment Engineer ensures the reliability, safety, and mechanical integrity of all extrusion production lines and downstream hardware. This role focuses on maximizing machine uptime through robust preventive maintenance schedules, troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical failures, and leading capital expenditure (CapEx) hardware improvement projects.
