Superlanet is seeking an Epic Patient Access Analyst for our healthcare client in Florida. This is a direct hire, remote opportunity; however, candidates must reside in Florida to be considered.
Responsibilities
- Support build, testing, implementation, and ongoing support for Epic Cadence, Referrals, and/or Prelude applications
- Serve as a Patient Access resource for new departments, locations, and Community Connect partnerships
- Support projects, enhancement requests, and incident ticket resolution
- Collaborate with operational leaders and IT application teams to assess workflow and system needs
- Prepare and execute functional system and program specifications using structured methodologies
- Serve as a subject matter expert on project teams and departmental initiatives
- Develop test scripts, conduct testing, and support Epic upgrades and go-live activities
- Utilize advanced application and analytical skills to design, build, and test solutions that support organizational needs
Required Qualifications
- Epic Cadence Certification (required)
- 3+ years of Epic Cadence build, support, and implementation experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Epic upgrade cycles and change management
- Experience with departmental onboarding and workflow analysis
- Strong understanding of appointment scheduling, registration, and referral management workflows
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
