Superlanet is seeking an experienced Epic MyChart / Hello World Analyst to support our healthcare client in Texas. This is a primarily remote, direct-hire opportunity with occasional onsite travel.
This individual will serve as a subject matter expert and primary technical resource supporting Epic Ambulatory, MyChart, Hello World, and digital front door initiatives. The role focuses heavily on patient engagement, provider discovery, digital access, and virtual care workflows, partnering closely with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to enhance the overall patient experience within Epic.
This is a high-impact, highly visible role that will play a pivotal part in supporting strategic initiatives centered around patient access transformation, provider finder optimization, digital front door expansion, and enterprise-wide patient engagement improvements. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strong Epic application expertise, workflow optimization experience, and strategic thinking around modern digital patient experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary SME for Epic MyChart, Hello World, and Ambulatory workflows
Support and optimize digital front door initiatives, including patient onboarding, provider search/discovery, scheduling access, and virtual engagement tools
Lead and support Provider Finder initiatives, including provider profile management, search optimization, scheduling integration, and patient access workflows
Play a key role in advancing CIO-sponsored initiatives focused on patient access, digital transformation, and enterprise patient engagement strategy
Lead system enhancements, break/fix resolution, and ongoing optimization efforts across MyChart and digital engagement platforms
Collaborate with clinical, operational, marketing, access, and IT teams to gather requirements and improve workflows
Support MyChart initiatives such as patient onboarding, care coordination, provider matching, self-scheduling, and virtual care tools
Drive adoption, usability, and optimization of digital patient engagement solutions and digital access pathways
Participate in implementations, upgrades, workflow redesigns, and post-live optimization activities
Required Qualifications
Active Epic Certification or Accreditation in Ambulatory and MyChart
Experience supporting Epic Hello World
Experience supporting Provider Finder functionality and/or strong digital front door initiatives within Epic
3–4+ years of healthcare IT experience, including 2+ years supporting Epic systems
Hands-on experience supporting Epic Ambulatory and MyChart workflows
Strong understanding of patient engagement strategy, digital access, and healthcare information systems
Experience supporting implementations, upgrades, and production support in large healthcare environments
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across operational and technical teams
Strong communication and workflow optimization skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with MyChart Care Companion (digital care plans, remote monitoring, patient-guided workflows)
Experience with MyChart Welcome (patient onboarding, activation, and digital front door workflows)
