- Support message types including ADT, ORM, ORU, SIU, and related workflows.
- Configure and maintain interface transformations and routing logic within Mirth Connect.
- Utilize Epic Sherlock and monitoring tools to identify and resolve interface issues.
- Manage error queues and ensure timely resolution of interface-related incidents.
- Document interface configurations, message mappings, workflows, and support procedures.
- Collaborate with IT teams, clinical stakeholders, and third-party vendors to support integration requirements.
- Track and manage work assignments through Jira or similar ticketing systems.

- Strong experience with Mirth Connect, including JavaScript transformers and channel development.
- Solid understanding of HL7 v2.x messaging standards and segment structures including MSH, PID, ORC, and OBR.
- Experience troubleshooting interface issues, message failures, and data transmission errors.
- Proficiency in interface testing, validation, and deployment processes.
- Experience with Epic Sherlock and interface monitoring tools.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and drive tasks to completion.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with DICOM integrations and radiology workflows, including PACS, RIS, and modality worklists.
- Familiarity with Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC), ambulatory care, or community healthcare environments.
- Experience working with Jira or comparable ticket management platforms.
- Knowledge of FHIR-based integrations and Epic interoperability solutions.
- Prior experience supporting healthcare integration environments in production settings.
Ideal Candidate Profile

- This is not a solution architecture, program management, or leadership position.
- Candidates whose recent experience is primarily focused on management or high-level design may not be a strong fit.
- Remote candidates may be considered; however, availability during Pacific Time business hours and active participation in meetings are mandatory.
