Epic Application Analyst
Job Summary: We are seeking experienced Epic Application Analysts to support the implementation, configuration, optimization, testing, and ongoing support of Epic EHR applications. The ideal candidate will have strong healthcare IT experience and an active Epic certification in one or more relevant modules.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure, build, test, and maintain Epic applications based on business and clinical requirements.
Support Epic implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and optimization initiatives.
Analyze application issues and provide troubleshooting and production support.
Collaborate with clinical, business, technical, and project teams to identify and resolve system issues.
Develop and execute test plans, scripts, and validation activities.
Participate in requirements gathering, workflow analysis, and application design.
Provide documentation, training, and knowledge transfer as needed.
Support integrations, interfaces, reporting, and data-related activities where applicable.
Ensure applications meet organizational, regulatory, and healthcare standards.
Required Qualifications:
Active Epic Certification in the relevant module.
Hands-on experience with Epic build and configuration.
Strong experience working with healthcare applications/EHR systems.
Experience with Epic implementations, upgrades, testing, and production support.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
