Our client is a boutique commercial real estate investment advisory firm based in New York City. They support clients across the U.S. with investment sales, capital markets, and leasing—sourcing opportunities across asset classes including office, industrial, retail, and multifamily.
Our client has invested heavily in AI-powered research infrastructure. Skiptracing, ownership lookups, and much of the property research are now handled by internal systems—so the biggest bottleneck is no longer research, it’s conversations.
Our client is hiring an Outbound Coordinator to drive off-market acquisition efforts by owning the conversation side of the lead pipeline—calling property owners, building rapport quickly, and helping move deals forward.
This is a phone-first, high-volume outbound role. You’ll work closely with Donald and Tom (principals/partners) and call from pre-researched lists of target property owners. You won’t be expected to spend hours skiptracing—but you will be expected to think fast, adapt mid-call, and consistently get high-quality conversations.
Work setup: Fully remote, contractor
Hours: Structured workday (roughly 9–5) with consistent overlap with U.S. calling hours
You will:
Make high-volume outbound calls to property owners from pre-researched lists
Build rapport quickly and represent our client professionally on every call
Adapt your approach in real time depending on who picks up (institutional manager, family owner, mom-and-pop operator, etc.)
Ask smart questions to uncover seller motivation, ownership intent, and deal-structure interest (including scenarios like owner-occupied leasebacks)
Keep the CRM clean with accurate, consistent call notes and follow-ups
Use good judgment to flag issues (wrong contacts, mismatches, unclear ownership context) and keep momentum moving
Consistent call output and strong phone presence day after day
High-quality conversations that create forward motion in the pipeline
Clean documentation that the principals can rely on
Good judgment in ambiguous or fast-moving live-call situations
Elegran is not optimizing for a specific degree, title, or years of experience. What matters is whether you can get on the phone and get results—consistently.
You might be a good fit if you:
Are natural and confident on the phone (not stiff, scripted, or timid)
Think quickly and adapt mid-conversation
Have stamina for repetitive, high-volume outbound work
Have strong judgment (know when to push, when to listen, and what to ask next)
Are organized and accurate with CRM notes and follow-through
Communicate fluently in English (spoken and written)
Can work independently and stay focused in a remote environment
Experience in outbound calling (cold calling, SDR/BDR, lead gen, appointment setting)
Experience speaking with property owners or other high-value decision-makers
Comfort operating in a consultative, unscripted calling environment
$1,500–$2,000 USD/month, contractor
Fully remote
