We are seeking an Entry-Level Team Manager to oversee small operational teams working on international projects. This role focuses on team coordination, performance tracking, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support a team of field or remote employees
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure quality standards
- Act as the main point of contact between team members and project stakeholders
- Provide guidance, onboarding, and basic training to new team members
- Track progress and report on team performance and project status
- Ensure compliance with project guidelines and timelines
Requirements
- Strong leadership potential and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and manage a team
- Organized, reliable, and proactive approach to work
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems
- Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)
- Comfortable working with and processing large data sets
- Proficiency with AI tools and openness to leveraging them in daily work
- Previous coordination/ volunteering or team support experience is a plus
