About the Role In this position, you'll connect with members who are looking for information about available benefit programs. You'll guide them through the process, answer their questions, and make sure they have a clear understanding of the options available to them. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include: Communicating with members through inbound and outbound calls Scheduling virtual appointments with individuals requesting benefit information Conducting virtual consultations to better understand individual needs Reviewing and explaining available benefit and coverage options Answering questions and providing clear, professional guidance Assisting with online applications and required documentation Maintaining accurate and organized client information Completing appointment confirmations and follow-up communication Providing continued support throughout the client experience Participating in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development Who We're Looking For Previous industry experience isn't necessary. We're looking for individuals who are willing to learn, communicate well, and take ownership of their responsibilities.
