About This Position

As a Freelance/Part-Time Enterprise Architect at IT Consultis, you will be pivotal in shaping the technical landscape for our clients by designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce CRM and ecommerce solutions. Your expertise will guide the development of robust, scalable, and high-performance systems tailored to meet specific business needs. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and engaging with clients, you will ensure that our solutions align with best practices and industry standards. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely, allowing you to manage your own schedule while contributing to cutting-edge projects in a dynamic and supportive environment. Your ability to innovate, solve complex technical challenges, and deliver exceptional results will be key to driving our clients' success.

Responsibilities

• Solution Design: Develop comprehensive Salesforce CRM and ecommerce architecture solutions that align with client business needs and industry best practices.

• Implementation: Lead the technical implementation of Salesforce CRM and ecommerce platforms, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.

• Customization: Customize Salesforce CRM and ecommerce solutions to meet specific client requirements, including workflows, dashboards, and reports.

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Client Engagement: Engage with clients to gather requirements, provide technical expertise, and ensure satisfaction with delivered solutions.

• Optimization: Continuously optimize and enhance Salesforce CRM and ecommerce systems to improve performance, scalability, and user experience.

• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for solution designs, configurations, and customizations.

• Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients and internal teams on Salesforce CRM and ecommerce solutions.

Requirements

As an A-player, you will be/have:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce CRM and ecommerce solution architecture and implementation.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) and ecommerce platforms. Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and other Salesforce development tools.

• Certifications: Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer) are highly preferred.

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.

• Project Management: Experience in delivering multiple projects simultaneously within scope, budget, and timeline as an architect.

• Flexibility: Ability to work independently and remotely, with flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and client needs.

Desired Skills

• Experience with integration tools , data migration tools, and third-party applications in the Salesforce ecosystem.

• Familiarity with ecommerce industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

• Strong understanding of the Chinese business landscape and procurement processes.

• Proven success as freelancer/part-time Architect
