You will lead, coach, and develop a team of engineers in Singapore while architecting and delivering scalable, mission-critical brokerage systems. Additionally, you will collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and alignment with regional regulatory requirements.

We are hiring a Team Lead in Singapore who brings Staff-level technical depth and people leadership: you will guide engineers building brokerage and platform services for New Markets in the region, partner with global teams, and represent engineering for Singapore stakeholders. Scope involves responsibility around architecture, APIs, reliability, mentorship, regional recruitment support, with emphasis on leading the Singapore team day to day.
