Key Responsibilities
- Work with clients, Professional Services teams, and internal stakeholders on requirements gathering and technical discussions.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.
- Design, develop, test, and deliver bespoke client solutions with increasing autonomy.
- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot software using technologies such as Oracle PL/SQL, Java, Python, and C.
- Investigate and resolve production incidents and support cases, identifying root causes and delivering appropriate solutions.
- Work closely with CX teams and clients to reproduce reported issues and validate fixes.
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure solution quality and successful releases.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Use AI-powered tools to assist in software development, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation activities.
- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge-sharing within the team.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Approximately 2 to 5 years of experience in software development or application support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience developing software using one or more technologies such as Oracle PL/SQL, Java, Python, or C.
- Ability to understand business requirements, analyze solution options, and contribute to technical solution design.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Customer-oriented mindset and willingness to interact with clients and business stakeholders.
Required Skills and Experience
Preferred Skills
- Angular development experience.
- Java design patterns and modern application architecture knowledge.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, or similar technologies.
- Experience in financial services, capital markets, or derivatives processing.
- Production support or incident management experience.
- French language skills, written and/or spoken.
- Experience working with geographically distributed teams and international clients.
