Email & SMS Marketing Specialist : Sri Lanka (Remote)

This is not a routine execution role. This is a build from scratch role where you will audit, fix, and improve our email setup end to end. If you enjoy ownership and building systems that last, this role is a strong fit.

Job Responsibilities:

• Email deliverability, sender reputation, and inbox placement
• SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warm-ups, and sending practices
• Email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns and automations
• Contact lists — segmentation, suppression, hygiene, and ethical growth
• Event communication: registrations, reminders, follow-ups, replay campaigns
• SOPs and rules for how teams use email, SMS, and WhatsApp
• Weekly reports on opens, clicks, conversions, and other KPIs
• Testing subject lines, timing, CTAs — and recommending improvements

Expected Qualifications & Skills:

• 2–3+ years of experience in email, SMS, CRM, or lifecycle marketing
• Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms and deliverability
• Working knowledge of SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain reputation, and warm-up
• Experience running SMS campaigns; WhatsApp marketing is a plus
• Strong automation, segmentation, and customer journey experience
• Comfortable building systems and processes from scratch
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred

• Multi-brand or multi-domain experience
• Google Postmaster and deliverability monitoring
• Webinar and event marketing
• WhatsApp Business Platform
• Basic HTML email knowledge

• Flexible - Flexible hours so you can complete the daily 8 hours (Conditions apply) 
• Since we deal with U.S clients, you are expected to work 5  hours during the day and 3 hours at night (this is non-negotiable).
• WFH - Work from the comfort of your own home. 
• EPF/ETF - Each employee would be enrolled in the EPF/ ETF as per the Sri Lankan labor law
• Legitimate work at home company - Bizycorp adheres to the Sri Lankan shop and office act.
• Remuneration - Starting from 90,000 LKR (Inclusive of Basic + Fixed allowances). You will be eligible for a probation confirmation increment after 06 months. (Conditions apply).
