Email Marketing & Automation Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a practical, proactive, and organized Email Marketing & Automation Specialist. This is a full-time, remote role designed for someone who can manage our email broadcast calendar, organize contact lists, and set up simple automated email messages. You will ensure that our email communications go out on time and reach the right audience.

Qualifications

• Communication Skills: Exceptional English writing and verbal skills (C1 level min)

• Enthusiastic, positive attitude, eager to work with others and solve problems.

• Email Experience: Experience using popular email marketing platforms to send broadcasts or manage lists.
• Platform Familiarity: Comfortable working inside tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or HubSpot.
• Communication Skills: Good English skills to review email copy, format text, and communicate with the team.
• Soft Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and structured thinker who can follow processes step-by-step.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Deployment: Schedule and send regular email newsletters, updates, and promotional announcements.
• List Organization: Keep our subscriber lists clean, organized, and properly tagged based on customer actions.
• Basic Automations: Set up and maintain simple automated welcome sequences or follow-up emails.
• Basic Review: Monitor if emails are sending successfully and keep track of basic numbers like open rates and clicks.
