About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive Email Deliverability Consultant to join our team. You’ll be responsible for protecting and optimizing the email infrastructure that powers high-volume B2B outbound campaigns across multiple client environments.

In this role, you’ll own sender reputation, domain and IP health, inbox placement, and compliance while continuously improving deliverability performance. You’ll work closely with SDR, Operations, and Technical teams to ensure campaigns reach the inbox, scale effectively, and adapt to evolving mailbox provider requirements.

What you’ll do

📧 Deliverability Strategy & Performance

• Own deliverability strategy across high-volume B2B outbound campaigns and multiple client environments

• Monitor and report on key deliverability metrics, translating data into actionable improvements

• Drive inbox placement, sender reputation, and campaign performance optimization

🌐 Domain & Infrastructure Management

• Manage portfolios of sending domains and IPs, including warmup, rotation, and reputation monitoring

• Maintain sender infrastructure and troubleshoot authentication, DNS, and deliverability issues

🛡️ Compliance & Deliverability Governance

• Ensure compliance with Google, Microsoft, and mailbox provider requirements

• Stay ahead of policy, algorithm, and deliverability best-practice changes

📈 Engagement & Data Quality

• Optimise engagement signals to improve inbox placement and navigate AI-driven filtering

• Own data hygiene processes including validation, suppression management, segmentation, and bounce handling

🤝 Stakeholder Collaboration

• Act as the internal deliverability expert, supporting SDR, Operations, and technical teams

• Manage relationships with ISPs, blocklist providers, and external partners when required

📚 Process & Enablement

• Develop deliverability playbooks, SOPs, and troubleshooting resources

• Deliver training and promote best practices across the organization


What we are looking for
  • Proven track record in email deliverability within a high-volume B2B or outbound agency environment

  • Deep knowledge of DNS authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), IP/domain reputation management, and major ESP infrastructure

  • Demonstrated experience managing domain portfolios at scale, ideally 30+ sending domains across multiple clients or campaigns

  • Strong understanding of Google and Microsoft bulk sender requirements and their practical implications for cold outbound

  • Familiarity with AI-driven filtering and engagement-based deliverability signals

  • Hands-on experience with deliverability monitoring tools (Google Postmaster Tools, MXToolbox, GlockApps, or similar)

  • Experience with Outreach.io and its deliverability implications

  • Working knowledge of B2B data hygiene, list validation, suppression management, bounce handling

  • Clear communicator able to brief non-technical stakeholders on deliverability issues, risks, and fixes

  • Self-directed, able to manage complexity across multiple concurrent environments
