Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one reading and math support for elementary students (K–5) in their homes
  • Adapt instruction to each student's learning style and school curriculum
  • Support homework, classwork, and long-term skill building
  • Track student progress and share updates with families and our team
  • Participate in paid onboarding and coaching sessions

We're a locally owned and operated tutoring service placing experienced tutors with families across San Francisco and Marin County. Every tutor match is personally overseen by our owner — a credentialed educator with 20+ years in Bay Area schools. We take our tutors seriously, because when tutors thrive, students do too.



Requirements

  • Experience teaching or tutoring elementary-age students (K–5) — 2+ years preferred
  • Strong grasp of foundational reading and math skills
  • Patient, reliable, and great with young learners
  • Bachelor's degree preferred — relevant experience considered in lieu of degree
