• Support the PDS Online Administrator in the day-to-day operation of Wisconsin Child Welfare's Learning Management System (LMS).
• Assist with system maintenance activities, including:
o Updating system information and content
o Reviewing and validating data
o Assisting with documentation and review of system updates and new releases
o Researching and testing new LMS features and functionality
• Create instructional resources, including written how-to guides and video tutorials.
• Review and beta test online training courses before they are released to learners, identifying issues and providing feedback to improve the user experience.
• Update and maintain content and images in Pressbooks.
• Edit videos and add captions using Kaltura to support accessible learning experiences.
