Nemours is seeking an Education and Develop Analyst

This position is responsible for providing on-going Quality Assurance for CBO Business Service associates respective team responsibilities. The Education and Development Analyst will provide the necessary new hire team training and refresher training for all veteran associates as needed. In this role the analyst will conduct quality reviews and report evaluations to the team supervisor, provide on-going development and maintenance of training materials, act as a resource and answer questions to all team members, as well as assisting them with guidance in reviewing and processing their daily work. The analyst will work closely with all teams under Business Services to ensure efficient and effective workflows and should have knowledge of all payment posting, refunds, billing and coding and customer service. 

Essential Functions 

  1. Responsible for creating, obtaining and maintaining policies and procedures necessary to enhance the functions of the team and its employees.

  2. Act as a trouble shooter for problems encountered related to the daily responsibilities of the team.

  3. Compile information and prepare reports to monitor team goals and results to assist the team Supervisor.

  4. Responsible for testing, implementing, and training associates on materials related to the Epic Upgrade.

  5. Identify, analyze and report any credit trends to management team. 
  6. Cross-trained and strong working knowledge and understanding of workflows and processes of other teams within the department for reporting and training purposes.

  7. Assist the respective team and other teams within the department with any daily duties as assigned by the respective team supervisor or department manager.

Requirements

High School Diploma

5+ years of relevent experience
