Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced EDI AS400 Gentran Developer/Analyst with strong expertise in EDI mapping, trading partner integration, and production support. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IBM iSeries (AS400) environments and deep understanding of B2B EDI processes and standards.
Required Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in EDI development and support
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Gentran iSeries (AS400) or similar EDI applications
- EDI transactions: 850, 855, 856, 810
- Solid knowledge of:
- EDI mapping development & implementation
- ANSI X12 standards
- VAN connectivity and interconnects
- Experience with:
- AS400 job scheduler
- Data monitoring and failure handling
- Familiarity with ERP systems integration
- Basic knowledge of SQL queries in AS400
- Strong understanding of B2B EDI workflows and data exchange
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with third-party VAN providers
- Exposure to multiple EDI platforms or tools
- Ability to provide best practice recommendations for EDI processes
- Strong stakeholder communication skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication with technical and business stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple integrations and priorities
Nice to Have
- Experience in multi-region B2B integrations (LATAM, North America)
