We are looking for an Area Sales Manager to join our growing team—someone with strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and creative ideas that make a difference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading the Dealer Sales Representatives as their direct supervisor and creating daily, weekly, and monthly action plans,

  • Monitoring the performance of the sales staff, identifying training needs, and coordinating with HR to support competency development,

  • Managing existing dealer relationships and resolving operational issues,

  • Meeting targets for new channel creation and dealer restructuring in potential areas,

  • Closely monitoring routine sales activities, order and collection processes; identifying financial risks early and taking preventive actions,

  • Preparing tactical plans in line with strategic market objectives,

    Tracking market dynamics, competitor analysis, and economic developments to provide regular reporting to the Residential Sales Director,

  • Proposing sales-boosting campaigns and ensuring the effective field implementation of approved projects,

  • Ensuring complaints from customers, dealers, and service channels are forwarded to relevant departments and following up on the resolution process,

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from relevant university departments,

  • At least 10 years of experience in sales and team management,

  • Proficient in dealer restructuring and channel management processes,

  • Advanced strategic planning and reporting capabilities,

  • Analytical thinker with a strong result-oriented approach,

  • Strong representation, communication, and persuasion skills,

  • Valid Class B driver’s license and active driving experience,

  • No restrictions for travel,

  • Residing in or able to relocate to Adana or Gaziantep
