About the role
The E-Commerce Catalog Operations Associate supports day-to-day catalog and promotional operations across Amazon, Shopee, and Lazada, ensuring product listings are accurate, promotions are correctly scheduled, and catalog issues are identified and resolved promptly.
Key Responsibilities
Multi-Channel Catalog Execution: Execute daily listing maintenance and update tasks across Amazon, Shopee, and Lazada as directed. Input and standardizing product titles, descriptions, technical attributes, visual assets, variation structures, and pricing updates.
Platform Case Management Support: Assist in resolving listing health issues by opening, tracking, and following up on basic marketplace support tickets under senior guidance to clear suppressions and content flags.
Promotional Offer Configuration: Schedule and program approved coupons, discounts, and promotional offers within platform seller tools according to the target deal percentages and timelines set in the master promotional calendar.
Promotional Monitoring & Verification: Audit live promotional deals across platforms to confirm correct display and execution, reporting pricing, stock, or eligibility discrepancies immediately to senior management.
Catalog Hygiene Auditing: Conduct routine data hygiene sweeps to flag missing, inaccurate, duplicated, or outdated product specifications, helping maintain overall catalog accuracy.
Cross-Marketplace Data Alignment: Identify and report cross-channel data discrepancies between Amazon, Shopee, and Lazada, implementing requested adjustments to keep channel content consistent.
Listing Quality Maintenance: Support ongoing catalog optimization efforts by completing assigned updates to keep listings compliant, accurate, and up to date with platform rules.
Qualifications
Ecommerce Experience: 1+ years of experience managing product listings and promotional tools within ecommerce platforms (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, Shopee or Lazada)
Promotions Knowledge: Hands-on experience submitting and managing digital coupons, platform deals, and promotional campaigns with a clear understanding of deadlines, eligibility rules, and restrictions.
Data & Spreadsheet Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for managing catalog data, bulk uploads, dataset cleaning, and light analysis.
Detail-Oriented & Organized: Exceptional focus on detail, data accuracy, consistency, and adherence to platform policies.
Communication & Teamwork: Excellent communication skills with a collaborative mindset to coordinate effectively across creative, marketing, and operations teams.
Proactive Problem-Solver: Demonstrated ability to manage support tickets, resolve listing errors independently, and quickly adapt to marketplace updates and new workflows.
