The Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful clinical research activities while working alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of eCOA activities

• Maintain accurate study documentation and ensure records are complete and up to date

• Work closely with internal teams, and external partners

• Help ensure all eCOA activities are carried out in line with study protocols, regulatory requirements, and company procedures

• Assist with data review, reporting, and administrative tasks related to ongoing research projects

• Contribute to process improvements that support quality, efficiency, and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of five years experience in eCOA Project Management at an eCOA Vendor or Sponsor

• Strong organisational skills and close attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively to deadlines

• A professional, collaborative, and proactive approach to work

• Commitment to quality, accuracy, and ethical standards
