Duties & Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customise Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE applications.
- Build and maintain plugins, workflows, custom entities, scripts, and integrations.
- Configure CRM modules to meet functional requirements.
- Collaborate with business analysts, testers, and solution architects to deliver quality outcomes.
- Support integrations using Azure, APIs, and related technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve CRM technical issues.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Ensure all development aligns with security, compliance, and quality standards.
Requirements
- Extensive hands-on experience developing solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM.
- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, and JavaScript for custom development.
- Solid understanding of Dynamics CRM architecture, solution layering, and deployment best practices.
- Experience integrating Dynamics CRM with external systems using APIs, Azure services, and custom connectors.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps for work tracking, CI/CD, and solution deployment.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and root‑cause analysis capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to deliver secure, high-quality solutions within structured and compliance-driven environments.
