  • IROPS Management: Develop, implement, and oversee disruption recovery plans during irregular operations and delay situations, with a focus on safety, guest needs, and operational continuity. Coordinate cross-departmental responses and facilitate timely communications to all affected parties.

  • FBO Coordination & Partnerships: Serve as the OCC’s primary liaison with Fixed Based Operators (FBOs), ensuring ground operations support aligns with Aero’s service standards. Monitor FBO performance, coordinate issue resolution, and collaborate with the FBO Commercial Relationships team to uphold commercial agreements and service level expectations.

  • Charter & Sales Support: Assist the charter and scheduled operations sales teams with flight times, performance data, aircraft and crew routings, flight numbering, and guest coordination. Act as the primary liaison to the charter team regarding any delays or impacts to charter flights.

  • Reporting & Communication: Process and distribute daily operations summary reports. Chair the bi-weekly Operations huddle. Expeditiously and accurately communicate operational irregularities to all appropriate departments.

  • Regulatory & Agency Liaison: Act as the primary OCC point of contact with the FAR 119 certificate holders (System Chief Pilot, SVP of Operations, VP of Safety, and Director of Maintenance). Serve as the OCC point of contact for TSA, FAA, NTSB, DOT, CBP, and their foreign equivalents on operational matters.

  • Emergency Response: Represent the OCC on the Emergency Command Center (ECC) when the Emergency Response Plan (ERP) is activated.

  • Vendor & Team Management: Demonstrate solid leadership in a fast-paced environment by remaining focused, calm, and even-tempered. Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement.
