At Pulsara, how we work matters just as much as what we do. Our Support Services function provides the foundation that keeps Pulsara operating effectively, securely, and with consistency across the organization, spanning areas such as Corporate IT, Compliance, Project Management, Business Operations, and Technical Services. This function includes both internal-facing roles and a customer-facing *Technical Services team that works directly with customers to apply platform capabilities to complex healthcare use cases and support adoption in real-world environments. (*This is not a traditional help desk environment; it requires the ability to think critically, work across systems, and navigate both technical and operational challenges within a SaaS platform.)
We look for people with experience in healthcare information technology or similarly complex systems, along with the ability to translate customer needs into practical solutions. Those who thrive here take ownership, bring structure to complexity, and contribute to a stable, high-functioning organization.
