Domo Data Analyst

Position Summary:

We are looking for a Data Analyst with strong Domo experience to join a growing, fully remote team. This is a client-facing role focused on building dashboards, managing data flows, and translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, communicating effectively with non-technical stakeholders, and ensuring high data quality. You will work directly with clients—primarily law firms—helping them leverage data to operate more efficiently and make better business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and dataflows in Domo
  
• Design, manage, and validate ETL processes (data extraction, transformation, and validation)
  
• Integrate data from legal case management systems (CMS) and other business tools
  
• Lead client meetings to gather requirements and present insights
  
• Translate operational workflows and case lifecycle stages into clear reporting structures
  
• Identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities within datasets
  
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reporting
  
• Maintain documentation and provide ongoing client support
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence
  
• Experience working with law firms or legal operations
  
• Strong hands-on experience with Domo (MANDATORY)
  
• Proficiency in SQL and data transformation
  
• Experience with legal CMS platforms such as Filevine, SmartAdvocate, Neos, CloudLex, or HubSpot
  
• Previous experience in client-facing roles
  
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain data to non-technical audiences
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities or clients
