DOEE Stormwater Database and Program Specialist

Responsibilities:

Designs, creates, and maintains complex data management systems in QuickBase
Writes complex formulas in Quickbase
Analyzes program objectives and requirements todetermine optimal approaches to designing, creating, and modifying new and existingQuickbase applications
Independently proposes Quickbase solutions toaddress challenges related to the administration, operation, and implementationof programs
Obtains requirements from and implements Quickbasesolutions for programs related to the protection and restoration of surface andgroundwater resources
Designs and runs reports that draw informationfrom Quickbase applications
Assists in or leads troubleshooting effortspertaining to the quality control and user interface of Quickbase applications
Assists in managing internal and externalrelationships to effectively prioritize program resources
Coordinates IT project management, engineering,maintenance, QA, and risk management.
Plans, coordinates, and monitors projectactivities.
Develops technical applications to support users.
Develops, implements, maintains, and enforces documented standards and procedures for the design, development, installation, modification, and documentation of assigned systems.

Minimum Education/Certification Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience
