The Document Processing Specialist is responsible for receiving, verifying, and organizing documents while maintaining accurate records in internal databases. They will perform quality checks, manage digital archives, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient document workflows.

Responsibilities
Receive, review, process, and organize documents from multiple sources.
Enter and update document information accurately in databases and internal systems.
Verify documents for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and required information.
Identify missing information, errors, duplicates, and inconsistencies and coordinate corrections when necessary.
Scan, upload, index, categorize, and archive digital documents.
Maintain organized electronic filing systems and document repositories.
Process document requests and ensure information is available when needed.
Perform data entry and transfer information from documents into spreadsheets or databases.
Conduct quality checks to ensure processed documents meet established standards.
Track document status, processing progress, and pending items.
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and summaries related to document processing activities.
Follow established document processing procedures and quality control guidelines.
Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive or proprietary information.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve document-related issues.
Meet established processing deadlines and productivity requirements.
Support document management, records maintenance, and administrative activities as needed.
