Aspen Group, Inc has an opening for a full time Assistant Program Director in the Doctor of Nurse Practitioner (DNP) Program. This is a REMOTE position.
The DNP Assistant Program Director is responsible for the administration, implementation, and evaluation of the nurse practitioner education program and the achievement of the program outcomes in collaboration with program faculty. The Assistant Director provides leadership, operational and management oversight, and day-to-day administrative functions for the DNP Program. The Assistant Director is responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising the program, including developing and modeling effective teaching practices; ensuring the fulfillment of educational goals and objectives; evaluating outcomes; and recruitment, supervision, and evaluation of program faculty. Additionally, the Assistant Director is expected to work toward achieving both the program learning outcomes and the mission; mentoring, motivating, and advising; monitoring clinical and immersion experiences; assisting with evaluating student performance; and assisting students toward successful program completion.
This is a remote position; the Assistant Director oversees the roles of the lead faculty and adjunct faculty. This position may carry a teaching load.

This is a remote position that requires working from home using a university-provided laptop. The role involves regular use of email, video conferencing, and other online tools to communicate and complete tasks. A quiet workspace and a reliable internet connection are essential.
While performing the job duties, the employee is regularly required to sit; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee may sometimes be required to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds and walk a distance of up to 400 meters. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision and ability to adjust focus.
