About the role

We're looking for a Product Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can take ownership of a critical area of our payments dispute resolution platform and make it excellent.

In this role you’ll have the opportunity to help push the boundaries of our product. With strong growth from a nimble team, there's a significant opportunity to enhance the user experience, optimize workflows, and identify new features that add value for our customers.

What you will do

  • Take ownership of a core product area and drive it toward an excellent user experience and business outcomes

  • Define product strategy and roadmap for your area, balancing customer needs, business impact, and technical feasibility

  • Work closely with our development team to translate product requirements into actionable development work

  • Conduct user research, analyze data, and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions

  • Make pragmatic product decisions that balance the need to ship value now with the need to ensure a great experience for our customers and sustainable long-term growth

  • Define success metrics, build dashboards, and measure the impact of your product initiatives

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization including sales, customer success, and leadership

  • Build the product documentation, user guides, and communication materials needed to drive adoption

Who you are

  • You embrace principles like rapid experimentation and iterating quickly to learn what works

  • You are not okay with maintaining the status-quo and are continuously looking for ways to make things better, more efficient, and more effective

  • Someone who enjoys digging into complex user problems and finding effective ways to solve them

  • A product manager who spots gaps in the user experience or product-market fit and takes initiative to address them

  • You see product management as a craft and prioritize clear documentation, data-driven

Target Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of product management experience, with at least some time at a high-growth or scaled company

  • Early-stage startup experience strongly preferred

  • Experience working with payments, fintech, or e-commerce platforms is a plus

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive product decisions

  • Track record of taking ownership and shipping products that drive business impact

  • Comfortable working independently and making decisions without perfect information

  • Experience working with distributed or offshore development teams preferred

  • Located in Canada (fully-remote)
