As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for dispatching technicians for our locations across Canada and delivering high-quality and efficient customer service to all Right Time customers, both internal and external. Your role will involve providing an exceptional experience to potential customers, existing customers, and field team members.

Right Time is currently in search of full-time Dispatchers to join our remote National Dispatch Team. This position is particularly well-suited for individuals who are passionate about customer service, enjoy interacting with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and dispatch field technicians for our branches across Canada.
• Proactively contact customers by phone to communicate any appointment changes clearly and promptly.
• Accurately collect data in an efficient, pleasant, and error-free manner.
• Follow instructions, processes, and procedures.
• Anticipate and respond to customers' unique needs.
• Maintain consistency and exhibit a positive and helpful attitude.

Qualifications:

• Post-secondary education (an asset).
• 2 years of work experience in a dispatch environment (an asset).
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and select statutory holidays, to meet customer demand.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel) and Google Maps is required.
• Proficiency in Service Titan (Asset)
• Effective, professional, and polite communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
• Ability to address customer concerns through critical thinking and strategic resource allocation, while maintaining a friendly and non-threatening manner.
• High level of interpersonal skills necessary to provide outstanding customer service and thrive in a collaborative environment.
• Exceptional communication and listening skills.
• Willingness to accept feedback and coaching.
• Ability to remain composed and polite when working under pressure.
