A reliable dispatcher is needed to dispatch service calls, verify work orders for accuracy and assist Field Technicians with changes, pricing and special equipment needs.
Will also be responsible for:
- Filing completed work orders
- Contacting customers when trouble shooting and/or scheduling work needs to be done
- Monitoring system outages
- Keeping Field Technicians informed of system problems
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- H.S. Diploma or GED
- Established residency in Pennsylvania
- Reliable transportation
- Previous experience working in a dispatch or in office customer service environment preferred
- Familiarity with the local area helpful
- Computer proficiency using the internet and Microsoft Office programs - Outlook Email, Word and Excel
- Excellent Communication Skills - Oral and Written
- Excellent Organizational Skills
- Excellent Time Management Skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast paced environment
