Clarion Home Services Group is seeking a Dispatch Support Specialist to manage the daily logistics of our field technicians. This role is central to our operations, ensuring that HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service calls are matched with the right technician based on priority and location.
*Please Note: Although this position is fully remote, we are currently unable to hire candidates who reside in Massachusetts, California, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Washington, or Puerto Rico.*
- Schedule: Standard daytime hours.
- Availability: This is a full time position, with hours on Tuesday-Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday & Saturday 11am-8pm.

What You'll Do:
- Coordinate and dispatch service calls based on urgency and technician specialty.
- Maintain constant communication with field technicians, service managers, and customers to provide status updates.
- Strategically plan the following day's schedule with field supervisors to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Facilitate communication between technicians and vendors for complex or multi-stage jobs.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and provide backup support for incoming service calls.
- Utilize internal software (ServiceTitan) and Microsoft Office to track revenue goals and technician progress.
What You Bring:
- 1+ years of professional dispatching experience (preferably in home trades like HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical).
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Experience with ServiceTitan is a significant plus.
- Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to manage high-demand peak seasons.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
