The Therapeutic Strategy and Operational Director, North America is a senior leadership role responsible for driving operational strategy and execution for
cardiometabolic clinical trials. This role supports business growth by partnering closely with Business Development to shape client-centric strategies, contribute to proposal development, and represent the organization in client engagements. As the North American portfolio grows, the role will provide operational oversight, ensure high-quality project delivery, and contribute to long-term client partnerships and governance.

- Lead the development of client relationships and support implementation of preferred provider programs.
- Collaborate with Business Development and functional leaders to develop operational strategies aligned with client needs.
- Support business development activities including RFP review, budgets, and proposals.
- Oversee execution of clinical projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality expectations.
- Recruit and manage Clinical Project Managers in North America as needed.
- Provide leadership and support to project teams.
- Support contracting activities including negotiation of agreements and budgets.
- Participate in and lead client meetings, bid defenses, and governance forums.
- Identify and drive operational improvements.
- Support business growth and client expansion initiatives.
- Provide senior-level project oversight and governance.
- Travel domestically and internationally as required (~25%).
- 5 years of global Clinical Project Management experience.
- Experience developing operational strategies for clinical trials.
- Strong background in cardiometabolic clinical trials.
- Experience working with Sponsors and CROs.
- Knowledge of budgets, contracting, GCP, and ICH guidelines.
- Leadership experience on large-scale projects.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
