WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Extensive experience in software engineering, including hands-on technical roles and leadership of multiple teams.
  • Deep expertise in architecture, distributed systems, APIs, and high-volume real-time data platforms.
  • Solid knowledge of cloud-based architectures, data engineering, and AI or ML technologies in a production context.
  • Understanding of Continuous Delivery, DevOps practices, and system reliability principles.
  • Proven ability to align engineering delivery with product strategy and drive organisational change.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the emotional intelligence to lead across complex, global organisations.
