Director of Quantitative Market Research + Strategy

We do this through our expertise in brand strategy, innovation and consumer insight (both qualitative and quantitative) which we deploy across our three business verticals of Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Health and Lifestyle.
While we are open to a remote working arrangements (USA only with the exception of California), our strong preference is for candidates in Denver, Chicago, or New York City.
JOB DESCRIPTION
We’re seeking a Director of Quantitative Market Research and Strategy. This person will have a demonstrable track record of quantitative market research expertise and hands-on project and team management experience grounded in a deep passion for scoping out, crafting, guiding and delivering actionable insights focused on brand strategy.
Candidates should be seasoned research and project team managers, either on the client and/or consulting side and have the presence to lead savvy clients in the understanding and implications of our work.
The role also requires proven success in new business growth and development by cultivating existing and new business opportunities.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES
This role is client-facing and serves as the primary point of contact for ongoing
insights and consultancy needs. Main focus will be on insights gleaned from primary quantitative survey research covering a variety of methodologies across our three verticals: CPG, Health & Lifestyle. As a Director, you will lead at each stage of the engagement – from approach design, to implementation, to developing transformative insights and actionable implications that fuel brand strategies, to client delivery through interactive workshops and presentations. You will be a true collaborative partner to our clients who is able to make strategic leaps with data that inspire brand growth.

In sum, we are looking for someone who is driven to challenge the status quo of existing analytical thinking and statistical methodologies and who also has a keen interest in working with growth-oriented, fast-moving, and competitive clients who are leaders or challengers in dynamic and/or high-volume categories (e.g., consumer packaged goods, supplements, beverage, beer, spirits, restaurants, retail, fashion, finance, entertainment, pharma, biotech, etc.).
