RPM Healthcare partners with physician practices, specialty groups, medical organizations, and health systems to deliver scalable, outcomes-driven Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), Chronic Care Management (CCM), and care management programs.
We operate as an extension of our partners, helping them improve patient outcomes, increase engagement, generate new revenue, and reduce administrative burden.
This role is for hunters.
Success at RPM Healthcare requires someone who is comfortable picking up the phone, walking into physician offices, building relationships, and creating opportunities from scratch.
Because communication is such an important part of this role, every applicant must complete a brief voicemail challenge before being considered.
Think of it as your first sales call.
No scripts. No perfect answers. We simply want to hear how you communicate, how you think on your feet, and how you present yourself.
The strongest candidates usually enjoy this part.
This is a pure hunter role.
You will be responsible for sourcing, developing, and closing new partnerships with physician practices, specialty groups, and healthcare organizations across the country.
You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting through contract execution, and be directly responsible for generating new revenue.
This is not a role where leads are handed to you. You are expected to create opportunities, build relationships, and close business.
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $200,000+
Base Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 (based on experience)
On-Target Commission & Bonuses: $110,000 - $125,000+
