  • Present confidently to executive audiences and facilitate strategic discussions with senior stakeholders.

  • Translate complex technical requirements into practical, scalable solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.

RainFocus & Event Technology Leadership
  • Serve as a senior subject matter expert in event software, with strong RainFocus experience across strategy, solution design and programme delivery.

  • Advise clients and internal teams on platform architecture, implementation strategies and optimisation opportunities.

  • Provide strategic oversight across registration, event websites, attendee communications, reporting, integrations, housing and digital engagement experiences.

  • Drive innovation across event technology ecosystems and attendee journeys.

  • Partner closely with Client Services, Project Leadership, Creative Studio and Production to deliver integrated client solutions.

Growth & Commercial Impact
  • Support new business opportunities, solutioning and client growth initiatives.

  • Contribute to proposals, pitches and strategic client discussions.

  • Identify opportunities to expand Event Technology services across existing accounts.

  • Partner with senior leaders to strengthen Nteractive’s Event Technology proposition and market position.

  • Bring a commercial mindset to technology strategy, identifying opportunities that create additional client value and business growth.
