GE HealthCare is looking for an entrepreneurial, customer-centric product marketer to join our USA & Canada Imaging marketing and Molecular Imaging (MI) teams.
The MI Marketing Director for the USA and Canada will work in an exciting and innovative environment. The GE HealthCare Molecular Imaging helps connect the teams, data and decisions in every step from discovery to diagnosis to treatment. The marketer will craft the MI story, strategy and execute related campaigns to drive success with our target audiences, including leading health systems and academics. This position reports to the Sr. Director of Strategy for Molecular Imaging.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Position digital MI, nuclear medicine, PET/CT solutions to win with customers and prove GE HealthCare improves lives in the moments that matter.
- Develop annual marketing strategy and execute marketing plans in partnership with marketing colleagues and product managers.
- Drive leads using customer-focused content and channel plans that leverage SEM, email, social, inside sales, events and more.
- Understand customers’ staff, patient and clinical needs to identify outcomes GE HealthCare can deliver and then create related marketing campaigns.
- Contribute to globally developed, research-based materials that strengthen value propositions for Interventional solutions.
- Update and customize globally developed marketing materials for the USCAN customer audience, including content development relevant to decision makers that may be exclusive to the USCAN region.
- Ensure New Product Introduction (NPI) deliverables are compliant with global standards and USCAN region needs.
- Train the imaging sales team on the appropriate use of sales collaterals, what to emphasize and how to effectively position GE HealthCare MI offerings vs. the competitive products
- Collaboratively develop, design and execute highly impactful global and regional trade show experiences
- Be always looking for a way to say “Yes, and…” and create trust by being a colleague willing to pitch in every day.
- Build relationships with marketing colleagues, bringing them up to speed on portfolio insights, positioning and opportunities to aid in marketing communications content development and channel execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Engineering, Science or Business Administration, MBA preferred
- 7+ years experience in marketing, sales or product management of healthcare or technology solutions
- Meaningful exposure to the broader, PET/CT, PET/MR and/or nuclear medicine medtech segments
- Experience leading and executing positioning and digital marketing plans that drive measurable customer and business benefits
- Experience developing strong customer-centric value propositions and content
- Excellent interpersonal and oral and written communications skills
- Preference for Chicago or Milwaukee; Remote option

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is
$145,600.00-$218,400.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). GE HealthCare offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
