Your mission is to create frictionless, compelling payment experiences that make Ford and Lincoln the preferred choice for customers worldwide. • Global Scaling: Navigate the complexities of worldwide payments, ensuring compliance with regional regulations, multi-currency handling, and local payment preferences.

  • Technical Unblocking: Leverage deep technical expertise to identify setbacks and architectural roadblocks, generating creative solutions to keep engineering and product teams moving at pace.

Leadership & Stakeholder Influence:

  • Team Empowerment: Foster a high-performing culture through inclusive leadership.

  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate across a global matrix of stakeholders to ensure Ford Pay seamlessly integrates with Ford’s vehicle platforms, mobile apps, and dealer networks.

You'll have...

Minimum Requirements

  • Data-Driven Mindset: Demonstrated experience using advanced data analytics and user research to inform product decisions and strategy.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or Business or a related field.

Even better, you may have...
