About the Role

We are seeking a Digital Product Designer to play a key role in translating complex technical ideas into engaging and intuitive visual content. This position sits at the crossroads of design, technology, and storytelling—bringing clarity to topics such as machine learning processes, automation, and large-scale infrastructure systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product stakeholders to strengthen and evolve the company’s visual identity across all touchpoints.

  • Transform complex technical subjects—such as AI-driven workflows, automation technologies, and distributed systems—into clear, visually compelling narratives using diagrams, journey mapping, and data visualisation.

  • Create a wide range of assets including campaign visuals, product collateral, social media content, infographics, event materials, and presentation decks.

  • Develop and manage a scalable design system and asset library to ensure consistency across communications and product offerings.

  • Support internal initiatives with high-quality visual content for key announcements, product launches, and technical presentations.

  • Explore innovative approaches to storytelling through motion graphics, spatial design, and conceptual visualisation to make complex ideas more accessible.


Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in digital, brand, or marketing design roles, ideally within B2B or SaaS environments.

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to communicate complex information through visual storytelling, layout, and data visualisation.

  • Proficiency in tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).

  • Experience using modern AI tools to enhance productivity and creative output.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Solid understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy, particularly for content-heavy materials like reports and presentations.

  • Good knowledge of digital design, including web, social media, and campaign execution.

  • Ability to independently take abstract or loosely defined ideas and turn them into polished visual deliverables.

  • Awareness of emerging design trends, tools, and technologies.
