Crucible is a London digital agency that has spent 10 years growing construction, property and specialist manufacturing businesses.

A South African team already sits alongside the UK crew, and Crucible now wants a sharp early-career marketer to join it.

It's a proper first step into agency life, with structured training across all aspects of marketing, an extremely friendly team, and more scope as you prove yourself.

The Role

This is a junior marketing role with real variety. We already have a South African placed at Crucible and she is thriving. We are looking for someone sharp who learns quickly, and earns more scope as trust builds.

What you’ll own:

Internal marketing for Crucible itself
Support with strategic planning
CMS content management, including uploading and updating content on client sites
Project support across the business, growing as you build trust and capability

The Person

Who we’re looking for:

At least 1 year in digital marketing
Detail-oriented, and careful even when the work gets repetitive
Learns quickly and is resourceful, including using AI tools to work through problems
Organised and reliable, able to work independently once trained
