Job Description

Your Playground: Telecom Cloud Public 


We are looking for a Digital Learning Manager who can turn complex cloud topics into clear, structured and engaging learning experiences. In this role, you design and create learning content that helps customers, partners and sales teams quickly understand and confidently use the  T Cloud Public.

You will work closely with product teams, journey owners and offshore development teams to ensure that learning materials reflect real platform behavior, workflows and customer journeys. A key focus of the role is onboarding: our onboarding solution is built on ServiceNow CSM, and your content will guide users through processes, forms and customer-facing service flows in a precise and easy-to-follow way.

Your Mission

As a Digital Learning Manager you will:

  • Design and create end-to-end learning paths for customers, partners and sales teams
  • Produce tutorials, guides, videos, labs and product explanations for T Cloud Public services
  • Describe ServiceNow CSM onboarding steps, including forms, cases and customer-facing workflows
  • Work closely with product teams to understand new features and translate them into effective learning material
  • Turn complex cloud concepts into hands-on, practical examples that support onboarding and adoption
  • Coordinate with offshore teams to prepare code-based examples, labs and supporting materials
  • Ensure consistent content quality and continuously update learning modules as services and workflows evolve

Qualifications

  • You have clear vision for the topic and you can formulate strategic goals of the renewed academy program 
  • 7+years of experience in content creation, instructional design or enablement for technical products
  • Strong ability to simplify cloud concepts and explain them in a clear and structured way
  • Experience with cloud platforms (OTC or comparable hyperscalers)
  • Basic understanding of ServiceNow CSM, including flows, forms and service request behavior
  • Proven ability to collaborate with product, engineering and journey teams
  • Excellent writing, storytelling and communication skills
  • Experience with documentation, video or learning tools
  • Ability to manage multiple content streams and keep materials aligned with frequent product changes
  • Background in B2B, cloud or enterprise environments is a plus
  • German language skill is "nice to have"
