AI Summary

The Digital Growth Specialist will own the end-to-end lead funnel by managing social media, email campaigns, and automated workflows to attract and nurture qualified leads. They will also mentor a digital growth intern and report on pipeline health and lead quality to leadership.

This is a remote position.

  1. Own the lead funnel end-to-end: attract → capture → nurture → hand off qualified leads to [sales/partnerships/intake].

  2. Build and manage lead capture mechanisms across all channels — Instagram, LinkedIn, and email (landing pages, forms, DM funnels, newsletter sign-ups, gated content).

  3. Define what a "qualified lead" looks like for this business, in collaboration with leadership, and track the pipeline against that standard.

  4. Develop and publish content on Instagram (consumer/patient-facing, educational) and LinkedIn (professional/thought-leadership), designed specifically to move people toward a lead action — not just engagement for its own sake.

  5. Engage with followers, DMs, and comments to convert interest into leads, not just to maintain presence.

  6. Build and deploy newsletters and targeted campaigns designed to nurture leads through the funnel.

  7. Manage subscriber segmentation so messaging matches lead stage (cold, warm, ready-to-convert), and maintain healthcare communication compliance.

  8. Set up automated workflows that qualify and warm leads with minimal manual effort.

  9. Supervise and mentor the digital growth intern: assign tasks tied to lead-gen outcomes, give feedback, and set weekly priorities.

  10. Ensure the intern's learning goals build toward funnel/lead-gen skills, not just content production.

  11. Collaborate with management on campaign calendars and strategic direction, anchored to lead targets.

  12. Report to leadership on lead volume, lead quality, and pipeline health — not vanity metrics.

Requirements

  1. At least 1 year of hands-on experience managing social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn) and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, or similar).

  2. Prior experience or strong interest in the medical, wellness, or healthcare sector. Ability to communicate medical/health concepts in an accessible, accurate, and engaging manner.

  3. Willingness to mentor, train, and manage an entry-level intern.

  4. Strong copywriting and basic visual design skills (proficiency in tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite).

  5. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  6. Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working closely with senior leadership.
