Digital Experience Lead – Danske Bank | Long-Term Project | Remote | €40–€45/hour (EU citizens only)

Hitcontract is looking for an experienced Digital Experience Lead for our client, Danske Bank Lithuania, to join a long-term HR technology transformation project.

Danske Bank is one of the leading Nordic financial institutions, with a strong technology and digital presence in Lithuania. The company works on large-scale technology and digital projects and focuses on creating secure, simple, and user-friendly solutions for its employees and customers.

In this role, you will be responsible for the user experience and accessibility of a new HR platform. You will work closely with HR, business, IT, project, and change teams to make sure the new platform is easy to use, accessible, and provides a consistent experience for employees, managers, recruiters, and HR teams.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead the digital experience part of the HR platform project.
• Make sure the platform is simple, clear, and easy to use.
• Ensure accessibility requirements are considered throughout the project.
• Review user journeys and identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with HR, business, IT, project, and change teams.
• Provide guidance on user experience and help teams make user-focused decisions.
• Identify and manage UX and accessibility-related risks.
• Ensure a consistent user experience across different parts of the platform.
• Help manage stakeholder expectations and explain what the platform can and cannot provide.
• Support user experience activities during design, testing, implementation, and launch.
• Work with external UX and accessibility specialists when needed.
• Make sure the solution can support the company's future digital and employee experience needs.

What We Are Looking For

• Several years of experience in UX, User Experience, Digital Experience, Employee Experience, or a similar area.
• Experience working on large-scale HR, HCM, ERP, or digital transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Good understanding of accessibility and accessibility standards.
• Experience working with different business and technology teams.
• Ability to understand user needs and turn them into practical solutions.
• Ability to challenge ideas and suggest improvements when needed.
• Experience working in large and complex organisations.
• Strong English communication skills.
